Payment and Refund Policy:
Agilebuddy has no long term contracts; the service is paid for on a month to month basis. Payments occur each month on the purchase anniversary date. The month of service begins on the day a user signs up to the service. If the service is cancelled before the completion of a month, no payment for that month is required. No refunds will be given for past months of service. After the completion of a month, the sale of service is final.
Statement of Delivery:
Once a user has signed up for the service, information to access the software will be sent via e-mail immediately. If for whatever reason the email is not received, it is the responsibility of the user to notify Agilebuddy immediately. Once a user has signed up for the service, they are responsible for payment of a month used regardless if they have used it or not, unless they cancel the service.
