My name is Amy Young and this is all about me and the Agile Buddy website.
First of all why did I call this website the Agile Buddy?
Well that’s because I love yoga and I believe that the key to good health and youthfulness is being agile and flexible!
I’m 33 years old now and I used to be over weight.
I tried all sorts of workout programs and diets and in the end I believe the thing that helped me the most was yoga.
It’s great at;
- Reducing stress.
- Burning fat.
- And improving your flexibility.
One thing I’ve been doing recently thanks to Claires Organifi Green Juice review is drinking a glass of this green goodness after every workout.
When you do yoga or any workout your body is pretty much screaming for nutrients afterwards to replenish itself.

When I’m not doing yoga or writing here I like to spend my time going for a nice walk or read a book.

One thing that I’ve stopped doing now is running on the treadmill.
I think it’s really bad for the knee joints and it isn’t necessary to lose weight.
So in a nutshell the Agile Buddy website is all about health and fitness based on the philosophy of not breaking down your body too much.
